Camille Saint Saens 
Was born 9th October 1835.
She passed away in Algeria 16 December 1921.
Camille was an accomplished piano and organ player, composing French compositions in the post romantique era.
She wrote 12 operas the most famous being Samson and Dilila in 1877.
She also wrote a number of oratorios.
Five symphonies and five piano concertos.
Three for the violin and two for the viola.
In addition to choral compositions and chamber music.
A colourful price for "Le carnaval des animaux in 1886.
Camille's music was chosen for the Cannes Film Festival and occupies a particular place in the history of the seventh art.
In 1908 became the first compositer to be names composer. 
Camille also specially was assigned to compose the music for the film: "L'assassinat du Duc de Guise" 
(Thé assassination of the Duke of Guise)
